Mike Fine brings 20 years of extensive distribution experience to his new position. His most recent positions were director of offshore sourcing and vice president of sales and marketing at Schuster, where he has worked for seven years.  Mike received his bachelor’s degree in selling and sales management from Bowling Green State University and attended Xavier University while working toward his MBA.

Donna Rooney, Director of Sales Administration
Donna Rooney will celebrate her 30th anniversary this year with Schuster Electronics. She has held many positions in Sales and Operations through the years, which gives her a unique perspective in her current position of Director of Sales Administration.

It is Donna's responsibility to continuously scrutinize and improve our sales processes in order to provide competitive pricing, beneficial working agreements and the best service possible to our valued customers.

Wade Crise, Field Product Specialist
Wade Crise, our Field Product Specialist has been with Schuster Electronics for nearly 11 years. Wade came aboard as a Product Manager, and was also an Outside Salesperson for a short period of time. He was then asked to be Schuster's Director of Product Management. He was in this position until 2002, at which time he took over as Director of our Blue Wave division, expanding our sourcing capabilities worldwide.

Currently, Wade fills two roles as Director of Blue Wave and Field Product Specialist. These positions allow him the opportunity to travel with all of our Account Managers. With his background and experience, Wade brings Schuster's sourcing expertise directly to our customers, promoting and seeking new opportunities for our focus and Blue Wave manufacturers. Roger Haworth, Michigan Account Manager
Serving Michigan's electronic component needs, Roger has over 15 years experience in the electronics industry. His background includes sales for a bare PCB manufacturer, a semiconductor distributor, a contract manufacturer for PCB assembly, and a switch distributor.

Roger is a family man with three young children ranging from 3 months to 9 years of age. Even with his busy household, he somehow finds time to enjoy rooting for his favorite college football team, the Michigan State University Spartans. But for you die-hard U of M Wolverines fans don't be concerned, he had to take an oath not to hold your choice against you!

Darlene Morgan, Western Pennsylvania Account Manager
Darlene has 16 years experience in the electronics industry. She will be celebrating her 5th year on the sales side of the business this year with Schuster Electronics, serving Western Pennsylvania area, as well as select accounts in Northern Ohio. Darlene's previous experience had been in purchasing at several large OEMs and a CM in Pittsburgh.

Besides being Schuster's Top Salesperson in past years darlene is a newly wed coming up on a year already!! Most of you know her as Darlene Rullo but she is transitioning to Darlene Morgan. Enjoying life to the fullest now that her son is grown!! She is taking every opportunity when not selling electronics to visit family in sunny Florida. Nothing like sitting on the beach and looking at the ocean!!!!
